At the same time, we created a contemporary, brand-aligned reception space that elevates the greeting experience and accurately reflects the identity of a high-tech engineering enterprise.
IDD Decor designed the reception area with a bold highlight: the VPIC logo illuminated by spotlights, ensuring high visibility and a lasting impression from any viewpoint.
Primary color palette: gray – white – light blue evokes trustworthiness and advanced technology, representing the characteristics of precision mechanical manufacturing.
Materials such as silver-coated metal, translucent glass, and light-veined stone were selectively used, complemented by soft indirect LED lighting — creating a clean, cutting-edge, and professional atmosphere aligned with the global OEM standards that VPIC pursues.
The reception of VPIC is not extravagant, but it feels welcoming and efficient. Furniture is placed with ergonomic logic: cushioned seating, sound-softened glass partitions — providing comfort and privacy.
Ceiling and wall surfaces combine light wood textures with frosted glass, creating warmth while still maintaining the respected tone of a high-technology business environment where trust must be perceived instantly.
The reception desk sits in the central visual axis from the main entrance, enabling staff to easily manage traffic flow and guest navigation.
Seating areas are arranged parallel to walkways, with ample spacing to avoid collisions and ensure effortless movement. The internal corridors and work areas remain well-separated to prevent disruption during guest reception.
When designing for VPIC, IDD Decor applied a high-tech style with hexagonal geometric structures — a symbolic form in engineering — layered on reflective metal and glass surfaces. This visually represents mechanical processing and OEM manufacturing workflows.
Industrial accents — streamlined steel details, cool LED lighting — are softened by bright color tones, achieving a balanced blend of engineering performance and a comfortable visitor experience.
