IDD Decor smartly incorporates IDP’s brand palette — orange, blue, and green — creating a vibrant yet harmonious visual symphony at the reception. The IDP logo is placed prominently at the center with spotlight illumination, ensuring strong visibility while maintaining global brand consistency.
Premium materials such as veneer wood, composite stone, and acoustic glass were selected to elevate the international positioning of the education brand. Indirect LED lighting, logo-focused spots, and a beveled LED screen behind the reception desk create a strong visual cue that supports intuitive wayfinding and enhances the first-touch user experience.
From the very first step inside, visitors feel warmly welcomed. The reception is open and bright, with natural light maximized through large glass panels. Soft seating, biophilic elements, and smooth curves subtly invite visitors inward — friendly and comforting without overwhelming the senses.
IDD Decor designed the reception not only for greeting guests but also for hosting small advisory sessions (20–25 attendees).
The central “green courtyard” acts as both a waiting area and a natural partition between the welcoming zone and private counseling rooms.
The reception desk sits directly within the main line of sight from the entrance, right behind the waiting zone. This ensures seamless navigation, easy guest management, and efficient flow control — keeping the overall space professional and organized.
Waiting seats run parallel to the circulation path, providing just the right balance of privacy and openness. The LED screen behind the desk displays helpful information, allowing students and parents to stay informed and engaged while they wait.
Inspired by dynamic educational environments, IDD Decor blends smooth contours, youthful colors, and greenery to create a “learning café inside the workplace” atmosphere — stimulating curiosity as students step inside.
