This meeting space design for IDP’s office is built upon the philosophy: “Each color is a language – Every space is a learning experience.”
The meeting area is divided into two separate rooms, each featuring a primary brand color of IDP:
Yellow Room: Warm, vibrant, encouraging leadership and dynamism.
Blue Room – Mint & Deep Blue: Soft, calm, nurturing creativity and focus.
Both rooms are connected by an open common lobby, designed as a flexible buffer zone for quick catch-ups, short interactions, or pre-meeting waiting — ensuring a seamless and unified spatial experience.
The space incorporates IDP’s signature yellow tone, representing:
Positive thinking, internal motivation, and an optimistic communication mindset.
Ideal for briefing sessions, decision-making, and training strategy discussions.
Key design highlights:
Yellow-painted feature wall paired with white typography such as “Young Can Do It” — delivering a strong motivational message.
An ellipse-shaped meeting table with soft edges, complemented by neutral gray swivel chairs for contemporary harmony.
Linear ceiling lighting with neutral illumination enhances professionalism and focus.
Shades of blue ranging from mint to deep blue create:
A refreshing, calming atmosphere — suitable for collaborative brainstorming, training meetings, and academic discussions.
A soft, welcoming feeling aligned with IDP’s customer group: students, parents, teachers, and education specialists.
Key design highlights:
A bold 3D blue wall panel bringing depth and visual stimulation to spark creativity.
Multi-colored “LEADERSHIP” typography featuring soft-skill concepts — reinforcing educational inspiration and personal growth.
A standout yellow pendant light adds gentle visual contrast, energizing the calm blue environment.
Positioned between the two meeting rooms, the lobby functions as:
A quick reception and short chat area.
A barrier-free space using glass partitions, carpet accent, and modern ring lighting.
Playful low bench seating and colorful chairs (orange, green, yellow) arranged casually — reflecting a youthful, educational spirit.
More than just functional circulation, this zone becomes an emotional transition: from action → creativity, from assertiveness → open thinking.
Unlike traditional corporate meeting rooms that prioritize strict formality, IDP’s spaces:
