MODERN OFFICE DESIGN THAT REFLECTS THE CREATIVE CULTURE OF PUBLICIS

For companies in the communication and creative industries like Publicis Group, office design is more than a workplace — it’s a physical embodiment of organizational culture. IDD Decor has brought this creative value to life by creating a modern, flexible space that deeply reflects the brand’s identity.

1. Creative Culture – The Core of Publicis’ Existence

Publicis Group is a global communications conglomerate that houses leading agencies such as Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi, Publicis Media, and MSL.
What sets the Group apart is not only its international client portfolio but also its operational model — one that prioritizes innovation, experimentation, and individual expression.

In this environment, creativity is not just a slogan; it is the guiding principle for every activity — from human resource management to the physical office layout.

Recognizing this, IDD Decor approached the design of Publicis’ office as a cultural project — where every detail serves the purpose of stimulating ideas, connecting people, and expressing the unique personalities of each sub-brand.

2. An Open Workspace That Reflects Open Thinking

The Leo Burnett office within Publicis Group exemplifies this philosophy. The open discussion zone is a highlight — wooden slats and frosted glass partitions define areas softly, creating a sense of relative privacy while maintaining openness and connection.

Pinboards and whiteboards line the walls to encourage spontaneous idea sharing. Lighting combines spotlights with abundant natural light, ensuring alertness and flexibility for dynamic collaboration.

3. Optimizing Color and Brand Identity

Each sub-brand within Publicis has a distinct personality, so IDD Decor applied a color zoning strategy to represent each brand authentically.

Constellation Office – The North Star of Creativity

Constellation, a member of Publicis Group, adopts yellow as its signature color — symbolizing optimism, creative energy, and human connection.

In the interior design, IDD Decor utilized this vibrant tone through ceiling highlights, circular lighting fixtures resembling constellations, and yellow accents in furniture and flexible discussion zones.

The result is a space that radiates dynamism and openness — perfectly aligned with Constellation’s creative spirit. Neutral hues such as white and gray were added to balance brightness, making the yellow stand out without being overwhelming.

Publicis and the Golden Lion – Leadership and Legacy

The golden lion, the iconic emblem of Publicis, represents leadership, prestige, and legacy in the global communications industry. In this project, IDD Decor translated that symbol into powerful aesthetic elements — from light marble wall panels at the reception area to warm indirect lighting and a striking CNC-cut lion logo at the lounge.

The result: a luxurious yet approachable space — modern, elegant, and infused with the distinctive character of an international creative agency. This is a prime example of how internal brand values can be seamlessly transformed into spatial experiences.

4. A Flexible Structure That Supports Creative Thinking

Given the frequent project-based team changes at Publicis, flexibility was essential. The office was designed with movable work modules, combining various seating types such as team tables, sofas, and quiet zones for introverted employees.

These spaces are not fixed by individual ownership, but by function — reflecting the non-linear nature of the creative industry. As a result, the workspace can be reconfigured without reconstruction, offering long-term operational efficiency.

5. Translating Corporate Culture into Physical Space

One of IDD Decor’s greatest strengths lies in its ability to “translate” corporate culture into tangible design. For this project, the design process didn’t begin with drawings — it began with behavioral research, organizational analysis, and workshops with brand leaders.

From these insights, elements like signage, colors, materials, lighting, and spatial layout were meticulously developed to align with both brand direction and user psychology.

6. The Value of Modern Office Design for Creative Enterprises

For organizations like Publicis, an office is not an expense — it’s a strategic asset.
A well-designed modern workspace delivers tangible benefits:

  • Attracting and retaining young talent.

  • Encouraging cross-functional collaboration.

  • Fostering a learning culture.

  • Accelerating idea execution.

Moreover, the office becomes a powerful internal communication tool — when employees feel they belong to the space, their emotional connection to the brand deepens.

7. Conclusion

Modern office design for creative enterprises goes beyond aesthetics — it’s the synthesis of culture, people, and brand strategy. The Publicis Group project by IDD Decor stands as a testament to transforming internal values into spatial experiences — where every square meter embodies creativity and personalization.

If your business is seeking a workspace that reflects its brand identity, don’t stop at color palettes or logos — start from how your space is designed. And let IDD Decor be your partner on that journey.
