Reception Hall

The reception hall space serves both as a guest reception area and direct consultation venue for customers. This space can also host small-scale seminars accommodating approximately 20-25 guests.

We designed a garden area right at the center where students and parents can sit while waiting for consultations. This creates a focal point and separates the lobby area from the inner consultation zone, providing a sense of privacy for both areas within an open space concept.

During waiting periods, students and parents can access additional information through LED screens mounted at the reception desk. The consultation desks are designed deeper inside to create private spaces. Since this is an international study abroad consultation center, we designed a world map and representative images of various countries behind the consultants to create exciting stimulation for parents and students when selecting their desired schools and countries.

Fresh and Friendly Work Area

Since this is a company working in the education sector, IDP’s work area utilizes modern colors (yellow and blue), while the workspace is designed like a garden, creating feelings of friendliness, youthfulness, and enthusiasm.

Color blocks are distributed across different areas and seamlessly transitioned. This allows employees to recognize their work areas while naturally blending into the youthful atmosphere of the overall IDP Group office space, without feeling separated by different zones.

The collaborative workspace design promotes team interaction while maintaining individual productivity zones. Natural elements are integrated throughout the space, supporting employee wellbeing and creating an inspiring work environment that reflects the organization’s educational mission.

IELTS Consultation and Testing Area

The distinctive red color of the IELTS – the world’s most prestigious English proficiency test – was chosen as the dominant color for this area.

Simultaneously, furniture in this area must be carefully selected to create comfort for test candidates and ensure test privacy, from soundproof glass partitions to appropriately balanced white lighting that doesn’t cause eye strain.

The testing environment design incorporates acoustic solutions and ergonomic considerations essential for maintaining international IELTS standards. Professional consultation spaces within this zone facilitate productive discussions between education advisors and prospective students.

Relaxation Area

After stressful hours of studying and working, both employees and students need their own private corner where they can lean back for a moment, sip a cup of coffee, and read a favorite book.

The relaxation area supports these activities with designs that are both youthful and dynamic, while harmonizing with nature. Stepping into this space, employees and students will feel like they’re entering a real garden cafe where green elements are maximized in the design space.

Simultaneously, orange color – the brand color – is also subtly integrated, adding brightness and energy to the area’s atmosphere. This employee wellness design creates a perfect balance between relaxation and brand identity.

Director’s Office Area

The Director’s Office area of IDP Hai Ba Trung educational institution was designed by IDD Decor with a youthful, simple yet modern style.

This is reflected in the sofa set for receiving parents or some strategic partners of IDP Group with gray-blue tones. Additionally, above the sofa is a wall-mounted map showing the countries that IDP Group is supporting parents and students with, demonstrating their grand mission.

Natural lighting is also something IDD Decor prioritizes when designing the Director’s Office area. Glass partitions are fully utilized so that people working here can relax and view the city to refresh themselves after stressful work hours.

The executive office design balances professional requirements with accessibility, creating an environment conducive to strategic discussions and leadership activities.
