Kềm Nghĩa’s workspace follows an open plan to remove physical barriers and strengthen collaboration between teams. Linear benching systems arranged along clean parallel axes allow easy visibility, better interaction, and an uninterrupted flow of communication. This layout not only optimizes floor efficiency and operations but also reinforces team unity, a core cultural value of the brand.
Kềm Nghĩa’s design palette reflects its refined and delicate yet precise brand identity:
Green — the dominant color symbolizing nature, positivity, and restored energy
Earthy orange from lounge seating — adding vibrancy and creativity
White & gray tones — ensuring a clean, modern, and streamlined aesthetic aligned with precision manufacturing standards
Abundant greenery — including large potted plants, flowing vines, and low shrubs — is integrated throughout the layout, forming a mini nature ecosystem inside the office.
