Brand identity displayed from the moment you step inside Right at the reception area, the CMA CGM logo is placed prominently against a glossy white backdrop, creating a strong visual impact. Below the logo is a container vessel model, a distinctive symbol of the maritime shipping industry—instantly reflecting the brand’s core business. The combination of pure white surfaces, natural lighting, and highlighted brand details creates a professional and modern reception that asserts CMA CGM’s unique identity from the very first impression.
The workspace is fully designed following an open-office concept to maximize usable area and foster collaboration among departments. Long, continuous workstation clusters are logically arranged, separated by frosted acrylic panels to ensure personal focus without compromising connectivity.
A neutral palette of white and gray extends through desks, carpeting, and ceiling finishes. This approach not only enhances a clean, sophisticated look but also ensures even light distribution, emphasizing the spatial depth of the office.
Every interior component—from partitions and workstations to storage cabinets and wall surfaces—uses durable, high-quality, and highly synchronized materials:
Workstations: white laminate tabletop, gray powder-coated metal legs with a contemporary aesthetic
Task chairs: ergonomic mesh-back design ensuring ventilation and comfort during extended work hours
Carpet tiles: gray tone for better acoustics and a premium feeling
Ceiling: gypsum ceiling system with recessed LED panel lighting for bright, energy-efficient illumination
Meeting rooms and group-work areas are distributed along glass corridor partitions. Clear glazing combined with 2/3 frosting provides privacy without sacrificing openness. This layout drives natural light deeper into the office and encourages open communication — perfectly aligned with global-standard corporate operations.
In addition to the main signage at reception, a large-format branding poster with the slogan “BETTER WAYS” anchors the main corridor, featuring graphical elements inspired by the container shipping sector. This reinforces CMA CGM’s values throughout employees’ daily workspace experience.
The CMA CGM workplace design by IDD Decor not only fulfills functional and operational efficiency requirements but also reflects the global brand identity of a leader in logistics and maritime transport. With a design approach that is minimalist, modern, and cohesive, this project exemplifies IDD Decor’s guiding principles: “Efficiency – Consistency – Strong Brand Expression.”
